What is included in the price of rent?
Heat and Water is included in the price of rent. Your only separate utility is Power.
Is parking included in rent?

Underground parking starts at $100.00/ Month without storage and from $150.00/ Month with storage.

What is the cost of my security deposit?

The security deposit is $1000.

Are children allowed to live here?
Yes, we are a family friendly building.
Are pets allowed?

Good news pet owners! We gladly welcome your furry friends with open arms. You may bring up to 2 cats per unit, 2 small dogs (weighing less than 20 lbs.), or 1 medium-sized dog (under 40 lbs.) with you. Please note that there will be a pet fee of $30/month per pet.

How do I pay my security deposit & rent payments?

To secure your rental application, a bank draft is required for the security deposit. We also offer the convenience of an on-site debit machine. Monthly rent payments will be processed through preauthorized debit (PAD). Please note that personal cheques, cash, and credit cards are not accepted.

Is there in-suite laundry?
Yes every unit features in-suite laundry.
Are there storage units?

We offer convenient storage options within our underground parking facility. You can choose between an underground parking stall with a dedicated storage cage for $150.00 per month or a standalone storage unit for $80 per month.

Who do I contact if I have any questions or concerns once I'm moved in?

How many sets of keys do I get?
You will receive one set of keys per occupant.
What is the minimum lease term?
Our lease term is 12 months.
